About this event
Nonprofits need technology to boost productivity, save money, manage risk, and increase their impact. But sometimes it can be difficult trying to convince decision-makers and your board to see the value in upfront and ongoing investments.
During this webinar, we’ll go over some of the important building blocks to create a compelling, results-focused internal business case to justify a technology purchase.
Webinar attendees will learn how to:
- Identify and quantify the need for a certain technology
- Present the technology options that are available
- Understand and present various cost factors
- Show the return on investment and how success will be measured
- Establish the need to act sooner than later
All registered participants will receive a recording, slide deck, and curated list of resources within one week of the event. This workshop is free for all current ONN members. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for the promo code.
